Terms of Use

RETREL is operated by Reed Holdings. In these terms, "RETREL," "we," "us" and "our" refer to Reed Holdings as the operator, or to the RETREL service, as the context requires.

RETREL gives you information about purchase documents you provide: what they say, what seems unclear or missing, and questions you may want to ask. It doesn't choose vendors for you, judge whether a price is fair, or guarantee any price or outcome.

RETREL is independent from the businesses, contractors, service providers, lenders, vendors and other companies whose documents you review. We do not endorse, certify, investigate, represent or guarantee any of them.

Results are for information only. They are not legal advice, individualized financial advice, or tax advice. For veterinary paperwork, RETREL looks only at costs and terms — it is not medical or veterinary advice, and it doesn't comment on treatment decisions.

Analysis, including AI analysis, can contain errors or omissions. You remain responsible for your purchase decisions. Confirm important terms with the company and, where it matters, a qualified professional.

Only submit documents you have the right to share. Don't upload material that isn't yours to share or that you aren't allowed to disclose.

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You give us permission to process it only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and operate the service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Please don't misuse RETREL. For example, don't:

• try to get around the free check limit or payments;
• access other people's accounts or data;
• interfere with, overload, or reverse-engineer the service;
• upload unlawful, harmful or malicious content.

You are responsible for activity under your account. We may restrict or suspend access for fraud, abuse, security threats, attempts to get around payment or free-use limits, or material violations of these terms.

• Full Check is a one-time $9.99 payment that unlocks the full report for one check.
• Compare Offers is a one-time $19.99 payment that unlocks the full comparison for one comparison.
• There are no subscriptions. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Payment buys access to the applicable analysis. It does not guarantee that the analysis will identify every issue, save you money, change a provider's terms, or produce a particular outcome.
• What you unlock stays available in your account for as long as your account exists.

If something went wrong — for example you paid but the report didn't unlock, you were charged twice, or the result didn't work for your document — contact Support and we'll look into it. Please don't pay again while waiting. Refunds are reviewed case by case and, when approved, go back to your original payment method.

Because paid analyses are digital services that may be delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the analysis has been successfully delivered. We may provide refunds or other remedies when a technical or billing problem prevents delivery, for duplicate charges, or when the law requires it.

Contact Support

RETREL is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for decisions you make based on a result, or for indirect losses. If we are found responsible, our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top.
